The firm’s represents clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as loan originations, modifications, renewals for both lenders and borrowers on interim and long-term financing on residential and commercial projects.  Title insurance is provided to our Clients through A1A Title Services, LLC who acts as an agent for Stewart Title Guaranty Company in issuing title insurance policies for residential and commercial transactions.   The firm also has experience representing both landlords and tenants for leasing and landlord/tenant disputes.
